Let's quantify MCU Thor's striking abilities with Mjolnir in The Avengers (2012).
Hulk weighs 450+ kg. Thor sends him flying at roughly 23 m/s (estimated by frame-by-frame analysis of the clip), giving a KE of ~100 kJ (Wall level) and a momentum of 10350 kg*m/s. If it's transferred over a distance of 0.3 meters (based on this video), that's 300 kN, and if Mjolnir's impact area is 36 square inches (0.0232 m^2), 10 MPa.
If this sounds low, remember that it's a minimum—Hulk's probably heavier than that, and I'm disregarding the fact that he was moving in the opposite direction before the hit.
Pre-awakened Thor with Mjolnir is, at the very least, Wall level.
