You may remember my previous posts about Lego BattleBots, a game I and my friends sometimes play. If you don't, go read the first one. Or just leave this post altogether.
Anyway, Fallen Windmill was the fourth in a line of powerful overhead horizontal spinners built by myself.
GyroWave was the first, and the first really successful spinner. It won nine titles in various tournaments we've held.
Circle of Death was... scary to be in the same room with. It hit several times harder than GyroWave, with a bar and gear system that, once refined, were practically unbreakable. It won two championships and only lost one official match.
Wave O' Destruction was basically a weaker CoD with a longer chassis. It won three fights, giving it one championship, and never lost.
Fallen Windmill was a miniature CoD that never seemed to work right.
WarWave was a modernized GyroWave design that did poorly but was fun to drive.
MicroWave is basically an even smaller, better designed Fallen Windmill. Click here to learn about the design features of versions one and two, and here to learn about version three. MicroWave hasn't won any championships, but it's gotten close, and beaten former champions: Floppy, Skeleton, and Chopper, all of which have won the title twice.
It hits at least as hard as Fallen Windmill, and can self-right more reliably. It also has a very strong frame.
However, I STILL DON'T HAVE AN EFFECTIVE BAR SETUP TO FACE VERTICAL SPINNERS. This is embarrassing.
Anyway, bye! Have a good day.
