My Favorite Movies List #4

20: The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe—quite true to the book, and Liam Neeson rocked it.

19: Captain America: The First Avenger—great war movie, and Hugo Weaving was great.

18: The Bourne Legacy—while it doesn't feel like a Bourne film, it's not half bad as its own thing.

17: The Nativity Story—best Christian movie I've ever seen.

16: The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug—worst Middle-Earth film, but Smaug was awesome.

15: Top Gun: Maverick—WHOA! So epic and fast, with real-feeling combat and deep characters.

14: The Bourne Supremacy—well-written and awesome, even if the shaky cam is a little sloppily used.

13: The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey—it's almost like Tolkien.

12: The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies—it's not Tolkien, but it's still awesome.

11: The Bourne Ultimatum—fast-paced, gritty, and well-written.

10: Gladiator—best historical fiction movie. ARE YOU NOT ENTERTAINED?

9: Interstellar—amazing soundtrack and great story, even if it has a few plot holes.

8: The Martian—SCIENCE.

7: Jason Bourne—A fitting closing film for the saga.

6: The Bourne Identity—a secret agent film that's both awesome and intelligent.

5: Inception—CHRIS NOLAN, YOU GENIUS.

4: The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers—while they kind of changed the message, it's still LOTR.

3: The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring—the most true to the book of the series.
